This notice explains how your personal data is handled when you claim a voucher through this promotion. It supplements UGREEN's main privacy policy.

Who is responsible for your data

What we collect

• Your name and email address, which you provide to claim your voucher.
• The festival day you selected (optional).
• Basic technical data (IP address and time of entry) used only to prevent fraud and abuse of the promotion.

Why we use it & our legal basis

• To issue and email your voucher — necessary to provide the service you requested (legitimate interests / performance of the offer).
• To protect the promotion from duplicate or fraudulent claims (legitimate interests).
• We will not use your details for marketing and will not share them with third parties for marketing purposes.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We use trusted service providers to run this promotion, who process data on our behalf:

• Supabase — secure database hosting (EU region).
• Resend — sends your voucher email.
• Vercel — hosts this website.

How long we keep it

Claim data is retained for up to 6 months after the promotion ends (to handle queries and reconciliation) and then deleted. We do not use your details for marketing.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to data portability. To exercise these, email service@ugreen.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
